I design, renovate and rejuvenate small residential urban gardens --
though my own garden is a sprawling garden in the country.
Most of my gardens are located in and around Toronto. My aim is to fit a garden to the clients’ wants and needs, to their space and abilities. Some people have little time for or interest in gardening, but still they want a private green haven in which to relax. Others want a garden full of bloom, changing shapes and colours with the months and seasons. Some have little or no space to work with -- a balcony, a sidewalk patch, a townhouse back patio. Others have room for an outdoor room or two.
However big or small, a garden can lift your spirits, give you peace, delight the eye and the heart all year long.
